My son-in-law and I needed a specialty part for a storm door. I walked in and a gentleman was working on some sort of store display. I told him what we needed and he immediately dropped what he was doing and directed me to where the part could be found. You don't see this sort of thing at, shall we say, the giant orange store.

From specific product recommendations to products supporting major renovations, the staff at Feinsod is knowledgable, efficient, and always helpful. The store is packed with both popular and obscure products in a well organized layout, which is adjusted for seasonal offerings. Fairly priced and much more navigable than the big-box warehouse-size stores, with help readily available -- especially a rarity and a pleasure. Thank you!

I love ACE Feinsod Hardware and only wish I lived closer. Then I would go all the time. The attention given is always wonderful and the inventory is fantastic. I feel inspired as I tool around the aisles and can always find things I really need or just like. Thank you wonderful Feinsod Family. ❤️‼️

A definite example of your old time neighborhood friendly hardware store. The place is not big but boy do they have everything. The staff is eager to assist and help in any way they can. A big difference from going to Home Depot. Worth the trip to get all the little items you need without getting lost in the crowd. Keep up the good work!!
